He has worked with all three of the world's leading access-solutions brands, giving him rare comparative command of the category — the products, the standards, and what it takes to specify them correctly. A specialist in building businesses from the ground up and a proven turnaround leader, he has repeatedly scaled operations, entered new verticals, and delivered growth in demanding markets. He holds a Diploma in Architectural Hardware from the Guild of Architectural Ironmongery (UK).

Abdur Raheem brings over 15 years in specification and project sales across the building materials industry in India and Southeast Asia. He played a leading role in establishing advanced press-piping technology in the Indian market — driving the shift from conventional plumbing to modern, engineered systems — and has specified and delivered numerous high-profile healthcare, hospitality, and commercial projects. He draws on a family heritage of over 25 years in building materials enterprise.
What this means for clients: a specification partner who has led the adoption of new engineering standards on the ground, and who knows how to get advanced systems approved, delivered, and installed on complex projects.

Abdul Rahman Khan is the Founder and CEO of Zed Point Interiors, an established UAE firm with a 15-year track record of delivering turnkey fit-out projects across the region. With deep experience leading large-scale interior and fit-out execution in the Middle East, he brings both operational strength and regional market insight to ZedCon. As Chief Advisor and Head of the Middle East, he guides ZedCon's regional strategy and leads the firm's project execution and delivery capability across the GCC.
